Aurelina Reyes

Born in the Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Simeona Reyes and Juan Jimenez. She grew up in Tabara Abajo, Azua, and raised her family in Santo Domingo.

She enjoyed smoking tobacco, drinking coffee, dancing, cooking and cleaning. She cherished spending time with her family and friends.

Aurelina was the cherished mother of Nirca, Juana, Margaret, Carmen, Wilson, Yvelisse, Yoanne, Alturo and Esther, and the loving sister of Flerida, Juana, Confesor, Chichi, Reyna, and Francisco. She was also the cherished grandmother of 30 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren and leaves many nieces and nephews.

Aurelina’s funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10AM in St. Pius V Church, 215

Maple Street, Lynn, followed by burial in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours will

be held in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn on Thursday

from 4-8 PM.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her

memory to the Reyes Ledesma Family, 60 Michigan Avenue, Lynn, MA 01902.
