

Beloved wife of Everett Erwin, Sr. Dear Daughter of the departed Edgar and Alice (Clarke) Page. She leaves behind her sons Everett Erwin, Jr., his wife Kelly, and grandson Cameron of Waltham, and Dan Erwin, his wife Michelle, and granddaughters Candace and Emma of Lynn.
Carolyn will be remembered as the soul of the family. She was always smiling, glad to see visitors, and never had a complaint. Carolyn worked at New England Telephone, K-Mart, and Citizens Bank until retirement, where she enjoyed taking care of her granddaughters. Volunteering was her passion, and she loved her time as the volunteer librarian at the Hood School, a group leader for the Campfire, and as President of the Lynn Band Boosters. A devoted member of the Bethany Congregational Church, Carolyn regularly attended services, enjoyed singing with the choir, was the Assistant Financial Secretary, Past-President of the Ladies Guild, and taught many ages in Sunday school. Hobbies included crafting, reading, trivia, traveling, and collecting angels.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Bethany Congregational Church, 410 Eastern Avenue, Lynn on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours will be held in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn, on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in her memory to be sent to Bethany Church Memorial Fund, 410 Eastern Avenue, Lynn, MA 01902.
