

Dolores "Lois" Odom-Clark, age 62 years, died unexpectedly Tuesday June 17, at the home of a friend. She was the wife of the late David S. Clark. Born in Tewksbury she was the daughter of the late Caretha Odom-Pierre. Lois attended Lynn schools and graduated from Classical High School, Class of 1970, and attended Virginia Union University. She was employed at the General Electric, Riverworks Plant as a Shipping Agent for many years until she retired in 2013. She was also employed by Travelers Insurance, and John Hancock Insurance. Lois was an outgoing person, who was always positive, and loved to sing, dance and travel. She enjoyed playing sports and played softball in the G. E. League, and the Lynn Park League, on the team called The Sisters. She is survived by ten sisters Andrea Hendricks of Lynn, Carteha Anderson of Lynn, Veda Dorsey of Harrisburg, PA, Gail Sport of Lynn, Lynn Newson of Lynn, Wendy Owie of Lynn, Wanda Johnson of Orlando, FL, Pamela Burton of Lynn, Renee Smith of Fredricksburg, VA , Simona Shazier of Stafford, VA, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Service Details: Funeral services will be held at the Bethel A. M. E. Church 72 Silsbee St. Lynn on Wednesday at 11:00 AM to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery Visiting are at the Parker Funeral 35 Franklin St, Lynn on Tuesday From 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00 -9:00 PM.
