Hector "Junior" Estrada

Sunday October 30, at the age of 35.

Born in Chicago on September 20, 1987, he was the son of Lisa (Tripp)Leppek and biological son of John Robles. He lived in California for over 12 years and spent the last few years between North Carolina and Massachusetts.

Junior is survived by his parents, Lisa and John but also include the support of very important stepparents, Bayron Castillo, Yaqueline Herrera, and Adam Leppek who has been Junior’s incredible stepfather for the last 25 years. Junior is predeceased by biological grandparents Luis Robles and Harold Connor Tripp Jr., and by step-grandparents Diane Leppek and Garrett Cook. Junior leaves behind his grandmother, Lois McGee, with whom he had a deep relationship. Junior also leaves behind three siblings, his brother Gino Castillo, and his two sisters, Isabella Leppek, and Margy Robles. He will be sadly missed by many aunts and uncles, Sheryl Tripp-Vazquez, Lara McGee, Renee Hammond, Sean Tripp, Jason Leppek, Sandy Robles, Oscar Calderon, and the late Brad Leppek. And his nephews and niece Leo, Momo, and Mariella will surely miss out on all the love he had to give them.

Junior graduated Lynn Classical High School in 2006. He recently began a new job at the Amazon warehouse and constantly thought of traveling to distant places to ride his BMX bike. He was passionate about BMX biking and encouraged many of his friends to keep up with it, inevitably saving several friends from the streets. He loved the Red Sox, Patriots and the Celtics (a bit of a Bulls fan too, he was born in Chicago after all). Junior was a funny and loyal friend. His loud laughter will be sorely missed. Family was very important to him, and he took the time to keep in touch with everyone. He was an avid lover of movies and could quote them precisely. He had a love for comedy and the Fast and Furious franchise.

Friends and family are invited to attend Junior’s visiting hours Monday, November 7th, from 1-4PM at Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St, Lynn MA 01904, followed by a prayer service at 4pm. A private burial will be held at a later date.
