Jay Lee Woodward of Salem passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017 in the NSMC – Salem Hospital at the age of 47. Born in Lynn on November 14, 1969, he was the son of Linda Little and the late Michael Rouck. Jay was also the brother of Julie Hayward.
A memorial visitation for Jay will be held in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. LYNN on Monday, June 5, 2017 from 4 to 5 pm. All other service will be held privately.
