Louise P. Morrison

Mrs. Louise P. Morrison, age 84 years, of Medford, formerly of Peabody, died Friday at the Glen Ridge Nursing Care Center, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was the wife of the late William C. Morrison, with whom she shared 23 years of marriage. Born in Lynn she was the daughter of the late Knute and Emma (Erickson) Anderson, one of seven children. She attended Lynn schools, and graduated from Lynn Classical High School. She was employed as an office manager for Cassidy Insurance in Swampscott, for many years until she retired in 1998. Louise was an active member of the First Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir. She loved to spend summers at Camp Calumet Lutheran in Ossipee, New Hampshire, where she enjoyed hiking in the White Mountains. She also liked to bake and travel. She is survived by one daughter Lisa and her husband Tom Ohlson of Medford, one son Scott and his wife Dina Morrison of Chelmsford, one sister Barbara O'Brien of Peabody, five grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Service Details: Funeral services will be at the First Lutheran Church 280 Broadway Lynn on Wednesday at 10:00 AM, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours are at the Parker Funeral Home 35 Franklin St. Lynn on Tuesday at 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
