Mary E. "Adele" Wesson

Born in Prince Edward Island, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Alfred E. and Ella (Collings) Walker. She attended Lynn Schools and was a graduate of Lynn English High School. She was a lifelong resident of Lynn.

Adele worked as a waitress for many years at the Tai Hong Restaurant and also at the Charter House Restaurant. She was a member of the Lynn English High School Alumni Association.

She also enjoyed working as a seamstress as well as dancing, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She leaves her son, Michael Wesson and his wife Marianne of Salisbury. She was the Grandmother of Adam Wesson and his wife Melissa McGuinnes and Nicole and Eric Wormstead and the Great Grandmother of Liam Wesson and Noah Wormstead. She was the mother of the late Kevin J. Wesson and sister of the late John E. Walker.

Adele’s Funeral Service will be held in the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Thursday at 12:00PM. Relatives and friends invited. Visitation prior to the Service beginning at 10:00AM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St. New York, NY 10016.
