Ms. Welch was a resident of the Hogan Regional Center in Hathorne for several years. She enjoyed music, people watching, good food, and had a special fondness for coffee.
She is survived by her devoted niece Mary Frazier of Salem, NH; her sister Jacqueline G. Haase and her husband Alfred of Virginia; her dedicated friends and caregivers at the Hogan Regional Center; and several nieces and nephews.
Nancy’s funeral service will be provided privately for the family by the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. Donations may be made in her memory to the Friends of Hathorne Division 2, c/o Hogan Regional Center, P.O Box A, 450 Maple Street, Hathorne, MA 01937.
