Ron Mitchell

Born and raised in Lynn, Ron was the son of the late Ken and Gerri (Cronin) Mitchell. He was a graduate of Lynn Tech, class of 1981.

Ron was the loving father of Brian Mitchell and his wife, Abigail, of Farmington, NH, and Allison Mitri and her husband, Domenic, of Willowick, OH, and the grandfather of Finn and Rowan Mitchell. Ron was the third oldest of four siblings, Sue Pietrantonio, Karyn Hendrickson, and Kristen Orlando.

Ron had a long career in Information Technology at Christian Book Distributors where he was a Systems Administrator for 26 years. Along with his career in tech, Ron was passionate about his many hobbies spanning 3D printing to photography to book binding, but most of all, he enjoyed playing videogames and boardgames with his many friends and family.

At the request of the family, masks are requested to be worn in attendance of the wake and funeral services.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday November 14, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 15, 2022 at 11:00 am at Calvary Christian Church, Lynnfield, officiated by Pastor Jamie Booth. Burial will follow at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
