Rosemary (Genzali) Cahill

Born in Boston, Rosemary was the daughter of the late Pantaleone and Sara (Andoloro) Ventrice. She was a resident of Saugus for many years and enjoyed her winters in Florida.

Prior to her retirement, she worked as a waitress at the Hilltop Restaurant for over 20 years. Above all, she enjoyed being around her family and friends.

She is survived by her children: Peter Genzali and his wife Debbie of Saugus, Sally Autilio and her husband Robert of North Ft. Myers, FL and the late Joanne O’Malley. She was the sister of Anthony Ventrice and his wife Camille of Saugus and Josephine Emmanuel of North Ft. Myers, FL. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Nicholas and Frank Ventrice and Celia Merlina.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Rosemary’s Memorial Funeral Mass in the Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St. SAUGUS on Thursday at 10:30AM. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. At the family’s request, there will be no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, gifts in Rosemary’s memory may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St. Watertown, MA 02472.
