Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Charles R. and Natalie F. (Patterson) Stevens. He was a graduate of Lynn English High School, Class of 1970.
He leaves 4 sons Jason C. Stevens of Las Vegas, NV, Joshua P. Stevens of Kailua, HI, Matthew B. Stevens of Lynn and Andrew L. Stevens of Hampton, VA, a step-daughter Stacey Randow of Flower Mound, TX, 2 sisters Beth Stevens of Peabody and Laurie A. Stevens of Lynn, and a niece Jennifer Bellucci of Cimolo, TX. He was also the brother of the late Jeffrey Stevens and Marcia L. Stevens.
Services will be private with arrangements by the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Tribute Program, P.O.Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
