Stella M. Brown

Stella was born in Lynn, MA to the late Joseph and Evelina Comeau. Raised in Lynn, she attended St. Jean's the Baptiste School. She was a very devoted Communicant of St. Pius V Church, where she was also active in the Ladies Sodality. Stella will be remembered by her love of music and dancing. Stella was a quiet, proper and gentle woman who was loved and will be missed by all who knew her, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Stella is survived by her children, Fred Brown of CA, Kenneth Brown and his wife Marion of Lynn, Jo-Ann McDermott and her husband, William of Fairfield, CT, Linda Donovan and her husband, William of Andover. She was the beloved grandmother of 9 grandchildren of 16 great-grandchildren. Sister of Henry Comeau, Lawrence Comeau, Mabel Jodoin, Pauline Reczek and Anna Bourke. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brown was predeceased by her siblings, Andrew Comeau, Wallace Comeau, Alfred Comeau, Amos Comeau, Sr., Evelina Marie, SSA, and Mabel Comeau.

Stella's Funeral will be held from the CUFFE-McGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St., Lynn on Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption, 17 Grove St., Lynnfield at 10AM. Relatives and friends invited. Burial to follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lynn. Visiting hours Monday 4-7PM.
