Timothy was born in Lynn, son of Frank S. and Terry (Bryant) Burton of Tyrone Georgia.
Timothy worked as a Servicer for General Electric Aviation in Lynn. He also previously worked as a mechanic for York Ford in Saugus and the West Lynn Creamery in Lynn. Tim was a graduate of Lynn Technical high school.
He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved to ride his motorcycle. Tim’s true devotion was spending time with his family.
Besides his parents Timothy leaves his son Justin McCarthy of Lynn; Brothers Frank Burton Jr. and his wife Robin of Powder Springs, Georgia and Fredie Burton and his fiancée Jill of Lynn. Sister Lori Burton of Fairburn, Georgia. Timothy also leaves behind several aunts, uncles and cousins
Funeral service in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn, Friday at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
Interment: Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody, MA
