William H. "Bill" "Bill" Lazarus

William H. “Bill” Lazarus, age 37 of Haverhill, formerly of Lynn, passed away suddenly at his home on Friday, January 6, 2017. He was born on August 11, 1979 in Lynn. He was raised and educated in Lynn.

Bill was a gifted young man who enjoyed working outdoors with his hands in the trades business.

He loved to go camping and hiking, as well as going for walks on the beach with his dog, “Bernie”. He enjoyed listening to all kinds of music. He especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews, telling them stories and doing outdoor activities.

Bill is survived by his mother, Catherine A. (McCarthy) Lazarus of Lynn, his sister, Tammy M. Doucette of Haverhill, his brothers; John McCarthy and wife, Deanna of Newburg, OR, Peter J. Lazarus and wife, Anna of Merrimac and Michael Lazarus and wife, Sunny of Lynn. Five nephews, four nieces as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive him.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 4 – 5:30 PM at Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn, MA 01904. A funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 5:30 PM. Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family.
