William Thomas Halloran

William T. Halloran, age 98, died Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Bedford Falls Community, Bedford, NH. He was husband of the late Marjorie (Curdo) Halloran and the late Margaret (Devlin) Halloran. He was born in Lynn, MA on April 7, 1917, son of William J. and Mary (Phelan) Halloran.

He was a graduate of Lynn English High School, class of 1935, Burdett College Lynn, MA and attended Boston University. He worked for the U.S. Government in the U.S. Treasury in Boston and Washington D.C., and the Department of Defense in New York, Connecticut and Boston. After retirement he worked for the City of Lynn School Department.

Mr. Halloran leaves one daughter, Patricia A. Driscoll of California, two grandsons, Scott Driscoll of California and Brian Driscoll of Arizona, three great grandchildren and a nephew Steve and his wife Maureen Curdo.

He also leaves many great friends including Lee LaPlante, Sr. Barbara Nelson, Sr. Mary Whalen, Salvy and Ann Migliaccio, Dennis and Bonnie Geaney, Sally Cuffe and the late Walter Cuffe, Martin Jones, Jack Boucher

Visiting hours on Thursday morning from 9 to 11am in the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Pius V Church 11 AM. Relatives and friends invited.
