William R Paradis

of Lynn, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016. Born in Lakeport, NH, William

was the son of the late Eugene J. and Alfreda (Raymond) Paradis; He was

the beloved husband of the late Patricia (Fenton) Paradis, the step-father of

Raymond Putnam and his wife, Gina of South Hamilton; grandfather of

Victoria and Julia Putnam; brother of Evelyn Manna of Rhode Island and

the late Raymond, Armand and Richard Paradis. He also leaves numerous

nieces and nephews. William served in the Navy during the Korean

Conflict. He was employed as a machinist at G.E. in Lynn for many years

prior to his retirement. He was also employed for several years at the

Philips Norelco Company in Lynn.

William was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and

snowmobiling in New Hampshire. He was a former member of the

AMVETS of Haverhill.

Funeral service and burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in

Bourne will be private. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers,
