The family of Belle Avalon Marlar, affectionately known as "Momo", mourn her passing on June 7, 2013 in Cashmere, WA. Born in Detroit, MI, Belle moved to California while in her teens with her mother Elfleda McPherson and settled in San Francisco. It was there Belle met the love of her life, William (Bill) Marlar. She made friends wherever she lived and loved to entertain in her home.Among the family's happiest memories are how the couple loved to jitterbug to their favorite 1940's music, time spent traveling across the US in Bill's Cessna airplane and the fun they had roaming the country in their RV.
