Deanna Wentz was born in Seattle, Washington on July 29, 1965. She is survived by her Mother Sue Lorang, Daughters- Jessica Cvitovich, & Melissa Hyce, Son in Law- Riley Hyce, and Grandchildren- Travis H, Teagan H, and Emmitt C. Deanna was raised in Lynnwood, Washington where she spent her time pursuing her creative passions and inspiring others. She opened a Scrapbook store, The Scrapbook Garden in Bothell, WA. Even after closing her store, she continued following her creative passions in the paper crafting industry. In 2005 Deanna was diagnosed with MS. This new diagnosis led her to give back & help others. She volunteered her time to the Kitsap Chamber, while beginning a career at Vadis, providing services to those with disabilities. In 2019 the pandemic forced her to focus on her own health & MS symptoms, stepping away from her position. She followed her creative passions, selling vintage & creating displays with her daughter Melissa at local Vintage Markets & shoppes. Still holding a strong passion for helping others & covid in the distance, she spent time working for Bonaventure Assisted Living, where Sue lives. Just this past year, she began working at Mountain View Community Center and was so proud of their community outreach programs and being able to make a difference in her community. We are shocked and saddened by the sudden loss of such an incredible woman. She leaves behind a legacy of creativity & kindness for others.
A Celebration of life will be held at Mountain View Community Center in Edgewood, WA July 26, 2025 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
