Edmond Louis Thompson age 83, passed away on February 16, 2016. Ed was born on June 27 1932, in Dillon, Montana to Louis and Edna Thompson. He received a scholarship and played football at the University of Montana. Ed also spent time in the Navy from 1952-1956. He married Mary Jo in 1959, they moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1969. He worked as an Ironworker until he retired in 1993. Ed, a great family man is survived by his wife, Mary Jo and three children, Carla Thompson (Rick) Sheri Holleman (John) and Marcia Stockdale (Kevin); six grandchildren, and one great grandchild; one brother, Howard Thompson and sister-in-law, Mary Denise Thompson of Anaconda, Montana,; Aunt and Uncle Oliver and Betty Lou Thompson and several nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held at Floral Hills Life Celebration Chapel, 409 Filbert Road, Lynnwood, Washington on February 26, 2016 at 1PM. Please join the family for a continued time of sharing and fellowship following services at the reception.
