Floyd was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed gardening, visiting with friends and a "Good" cup of coffee. Floyd attended Gonzaga University for one year on a football scholarship. He worked at Boeing and then joined the Navy during World War II.
Floyd was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a "Master Builder" who built 104 homes in his career. Floyd retired at age 79 to spend more time with his wife, Mamie.
Floyd is survived by his son, John (Marti); daughter, Judith Carberry; grandchildren, Jessica, Amy (Adam), Jessy (Kyli), Dione and Matt; great-grandchildren, Charlie and Sonja.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mamie.
Floyd will be cremated and placed in their mausoleum with Mamie. At his request there will not be a memorial service.
