Frank Russell Shaver, 87, passed away on August 27, 2012 from heart failure. Frank was born in Seattle WA. to Russell A. Shaver and Grace A. [Brown] Shaver. He is pre-deceased by both of his parents, his only sister, Grace M. [Shaver] Clemans, his only son, Robert R. Shaver, and his son-in-law, Carl E. Massey Jr.
On June 23, 1950, he married Mildred L. [Clark] Mempa.
They were married for 62 years.
He is survived by, his spouse, his only daughter Mary Ellen [Shaver] Massey, step-son Jack D. Mempa,
Two grandchildren, Amy E. [Massey] Humphrey, and Nicholas E. Massey.
Two great-grandsons, Keith C. Massey, and Robert W. Heird.
As well as Jack Mempa's children, grandchildren and great-grand child.
He also is survived by 5 nephews and a niece, as well as his brother in law.
He loved and was loved by many for his personality and sense of humor.
He left many friends behind also.
He will be missed by all!
