She was a devoted Christian and Matriarch of the family. She loved life's simple things: nature, music, traveling, food, and most of all family and friends. She was a proud member of the Cisco Heights Community Club. A special women that will be greatly missed, Ida is survived by five daughters Dianne Sierra (Ramon), Kathleen (Kathy) Carpenter (Greg), Jill Diaz (Robert), Jaclyn (Jaci) Groen, and Mary Everson, and 20 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren, and 9 Great Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son James (Jimmy) Groen. As a proud grandmother, she raised her three grandchildren Shadie Carlson (Trevor Berring), Aleana (Ali) Lopez (Rafael), and Cody Groen.
Her Service will be held at Purdy & Walters Floral Hills, Lynnwood WA, on January 23rd visitation from 9am-10:30am, 11:00am Celebration Of Her Life with committal to follow.
