Jorge Lorenzo Paredes

Jorge Lorenzo Paredes Chérrez nació el 12 de agosto de 1934 en la ciudad de Santa Rosa, provincia de El Oro, Ecuador. Falleció el domingo 30 de mayo del 2021 en su residencia en Bothell, WA rodeado del amor de sus seres queridos.

Durante su vida, ejerció la profesión de Contador Público y Abogado. Emigró a los Estados Unidos en 1995. Residió en el Estado de New York por 14 años y luego se mudó al Estado de Washington.

Lo sobrevive su esposa Fanny Jiménez de Paredes, sus hijos J. Daniel, Rocio (Henry) y Paola. Sus nietos, D. Amber Jimenez, Rafael A. Mora, Ricardo A. Paredes, Estefania Gonzales, Jessica B. Northam, Mia V. Tupper, Daniella K. Paredes, Sofia A. Paredes y Ali S. Paredes; sus bisnietos, Ricardo, Shepherd, David y Porter.

Jorge será recordado por su espíritu alegre y amigable y especialmente por su amor a la vida, la música ecuatoriana y a su familia.

Su último desafío con el cáncer no apagó su inquebrantable fe y amor a su Padre Celestial.

Jorge Lorenzo Paredes Chérrez was born on August 12, 1934 in the city of Santa Rosa, Province of El Oro, Ecuador. He passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at his residence in Bothell, WA surrounded by the love of his loved ones.

During his life, he practiced the profession of Public Accountant and Lawyer. He emigrated to the United States in 1995, he resided in the State of New York for 14 years and then relocated to the State of Washington.

He is survived by his wife Fanny Jimenez de Paredes, his children, J Daniel, Rocio (Henry) and Paola. His grandchildren, D. Amber Jimenez, Rafael A. Mora, Ricardo A. Paredes, Estefania Gonzales, Jessica B. Northam, Mia V. Tupper, Daniella K. Paredes, Sofia A. Paredes y Ali S. Paredes; his great-grand- children, Ricardo, Sheppard, David, and Porter.

Jorge will be remembered for his cheerful and friendly spirit and especially for his love for life, Ecuadorian music, and his family.

His last life challenge with cancer did not extinguish his unwavering faith and love for his Heavenly Father.
