Joseph Phillip Stevens,77, passed away in Wenatchee, Washington on August 16, 2012. He was born in Oakland, California on July 22, 1935. He worked as a Steel Fitter and Inspector in the Construction Industry. He leaves behind his loving wife, Karen, for over 42 years and his children. The family has requested private services.
