Linda was my supervisor in SEA! She was so caring and helpful. I will always remember her kindness towards me. RIP Linda, you were a special person to many of us.

She was my absolute favorite supervisor I had in the 40 years I flew for United.

I am very lucky to have two connections to Linda.  Linda was an Inflight supervisor with my husband Scott at United for many years.  He adored working with her!  After coming to Alaska Reservations, she joined a group of us that volunteered each year at Children’s Hospital to answer phones and take pledges.  I loved that time with Linda.  She always wanted to know how Scott was and was genuinely interested in everyone around her.  Heaven definitely gained a new angel.  ❤️

I helped Linda with some Microsoft Excel knowledge and she repaid me (not necessary) but it was a tiny little Groot (Character from Guardians of the Galaxy).  Groot sits on my dashboard and makes my day every day.  A total game changer - mood changer.  

Linda was one of the absolute sweetest people anyone could hope to meet.  She was one of those types of people that actually genuinely cared about you.    This of course is just scratching the surface, but there is no way I could recount everything.   I shall miss you Linda and wish you nothing but peace.  And I wish peace and love to your family in this trying time.  

Linda was the kindest person I’ve met at Alaska Air. Linda was so loved by all of our coworkers, she really led our workgroup with kindness, compassion, and care. Her heart for people and caring for others really set her apart from the rest. I can’t fathom how many people’s lives she’s touched by her kind gestures, whether big or small. She’ll be missed by so many, as noted here by her UAL SEA FAs and her Alaska SEA RR families. You’ll be missed Linda, thanks for making the difference for all of us!

I have never had someone outside my family show me that they genuinely wanted the best for me.  From day one of meeting Linda and having her hire me that caring spirit was always shown.  She was always available to chat and it wasn’t just about work, she wanted to get to know you.  She was known as the “candy lady “ at work.  She would walk around the office passing out candy with a huge smile.  She brought so much joy and life to the office.  Linda was the best supervisor I’ve ever had, wish I had more than 5 years with her, but these past 5 were very impactful and she will not be forgotten. 

While Emily and Tommy were caring for Linda in their home, I spent time with her.  We share something special together as Moms to the both of them.    Linda shared how thankful she was that they opened their home to her and lovingly cared for her in her last days and how much she loved them.  
As a lover of animals, she found comfort in the cuddles from their pets.  The concern of longtime work friends, neighbors and family all show that Linda will be missed but remembered for who she was a person who cared deeply for others.

I have added a couple of memories elsewhere and sent cards, but I will take every opportunity I can to say how much I loved working with Linda, and how sweet and funny I thought she was.   I've never met a kinder, all inclusive, non judgemental, encouraging  person! I will carry her kindness with me forever and try to pay it forward, and always "take good care" 

I still have a copy of a letter that Linda wrote about something I did. I had done this thing several times and no one ever said a word about it, but when Linda saw me do it she took the time and effort to write about it and put it in my file. She was the sweetest, kindest person and I will never forget her. Rest in Peace dear Linda.  Joyce Jackson, Retired, Seattle Flight Attendant

Linda was our constant ! As our office would change and management would come and go, Linda was the only one we could ask and get the correct information. She was our friend and the most beautiful person. I feel privileged to have known here. She will be missed❤️
