Pat Wiprud, 80, passed away on September 12, 2012 in Bothell, WA. She was born to John & Norvel Dempsey on October 12, 1931 in Seattle, WA. After graduating High School she went on to Nursing School and became an R.N. She was an R.N. for 42 years. She also achieved the rank of First Lieutenant and remained as an Army Reservist. On November 3, 1956 she married Dan Wiprud.
Pat enjoyed friends, family, gardening, needlework, baking, music, ballet, plays, reading, word puzzles and movies. She was one of the finest people to walk on this earth. She was warm, passionate and strong. Pat was a great person, mother, wife, friend and a lady through and through.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by her children, Leslee Englund, John Wiprud and grandchildren Colette and Aron.
Services will be held on October 10, 2012 at 11:00am at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church, 1005 NE 195th ST, Bothell, WA, 98011.
