Ruth was born January 6, 1923 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma and passed away on December 27, 2011 in Renton, Washington. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert. Ruth is survived by her children, Corina Payne, Robert C. Payne III and Ryan Payne.
