Betty Lou Peoples, 84, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2024. A celebration of her life will be held on June 14, 2024 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Snow’s at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Muldrow officiating. Burial will follow the service at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery.
Betty Lou was a kind and considerate woman who enjoyed being in the company of others. Although she was disabled from birth, she strived to be a self-sufficient and independent woman, overcoming any obstacles that may arise. She enjoyed trips away from the home and spending time with her family.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Betty Jean Pitts; daughter, Belinda Parker; a host of nieces and nephews and very caring friends, Violet Towles and Gladys Jordan.
