Bobby Eugene Causey

Bobby Eugene Causey 87, of Lizella, Georgia passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snows at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Ronnie Campbell will officiate. Burial will follow in Roberta City Cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation on Monday, February 16, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. till service time in the funeral home.

Born in Crawford County, he was the son of the late Felton Causey and Opie Yaughn Causey. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo Avery Causey and a son, Robert Keith Causey.

Bobby was a member of the God’s Church of Worship and Praise in Macon and was a veteran serving in the US Marines. He had worked for Piggly Wiggly Grocery Stores in the Middle Georgia area for over 20 years as Produce Manager. Later in life he worked and retired from Robins Air Force Base with over 20 years’ service there as well.

He is survived by his children, Kelly Eugene Causey (Lee), and Tonya Vaughan (Chipper), Grandchildren, Nicole Collins, Maggie Harris, Tyler Vaughan, Robert K. Causey II, Brandon Causey, Zachary Causey, and Jasmine Causey; great grandchildren, Savannah Harris, Gracie Collins, Colton Collins, Avery Collins, Halle Causey and Lincoln Causey; great great Grandchild, Nash Barrett; Sister, Reba Knight. Several nieces and nephews and special friends.

Flowers will be accepted but donations may be made to God’s Church of Worship and Praise, 4634 Raley Road Macon, Georgia 31206
