Earline Jackson, age 89, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Tuesday August 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3969 Mercer University Drive, Macon, GA 31204. The repass will be held at the Macon Mall Conference Center (lower-level entrance, continue to enter the Bibb County Elections Precinct, conference room on the left)
Earline was born in Cochran, GA to the late Willie Yates and Bessie Stokes Yates. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Willie Jackson, son-in-law, James Tyler Brown, five brother, and four sisters. Earline was the proud owner of Southern Flavor Restaurant serving Macon and Middle Georgia. She was a master seamstress, a wonderful cook, and enjoyed raising her family. Earline was also a dedicated member of the Kingdom Hall Lakeside Congregation for 40 years.
She is survived by her children, James (Maxine) William Jackson, Jr. of Macon, Roger (Diana) Jackson of Macon, daughter, Aileen Jackson Brown of Macon, grandchildren, Carlos Dunlap, Bianca Dunlap, Tyler Brown, Justin Brown, great grandson, Liam Dunlap Smith and numerous nieces and nephews.
