Eddie “Jerry” Hogg, 61, passed away May 5, 2023. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Roberta City Cemetery with Reverend Hunter Stevenson officiating. The family will greet friends on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park.
Jerry was born in Reynolds, Georgia to the late Moley Melton and Lavonia Carroll Hogg. He was called a legend in the hydraulic industry and was mechanically inclined making him a jack of all trades. Jerry was comical and well liked. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, pawpaw, brother, and uncle and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Lyn Hogg; children; Melissa Newell (Dustin) and Aaron Hogg (Madison); grandchildren; Harley Langford, Emerson, Lakelyn, and Ryder Newell; siblings; David Hogg, Carin Cummings, and Gina Morris (Joe); and numerous nieces and nephews.
