Elizabeth Dean Cameron Towles, 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 10, 2016. A Celebration of her Life will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Brother Bill Hampton and Pastor Robbie Shepherd officiating. The family will greet friends Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201.
Mrs. Towles was born in LaFayette, Georgia to the late Ernest J. and Tyra B. Brown Cameron. She was a member of Day Star Church of God in Macon, Georgia and a former member of Community Baptist Church in LaFayette, Georgia.
She is survived by her husband, Kelly Towles, Sr.; daughters, Andra Lee Hampton, Rebecca Hampton, Carol Towles, Nancy (Freeman) Cross; sons, Tony Ray Hampton, Bill (Marge) Hampton, Kelly Towles, Jr.; sixteen grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
