Freddie W. Barton, 61, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Funeral services and a celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2011 in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Tim Kelly officiating. The family will greet friends on Friday, February 11, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. -Mr. Barton was born in Clairmont, FL to the late Fred Calvin and Thelma Nancy Barton. He was a master plumber with the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local #72. Mr. Barton was a member of Gateway Fellowship Church and was an avid fisherman and enjoyed football.
