Gary was born to the late Howard Sisley and Leora Virgina Webb in Conneaut, Ohio. He married June Flick Webb and together they had five children. Gary worked at A L Williams in insurance sales. Gary was extremely friendly and never met a stranger, especially the friends he met for breakfast weekly. He also found a lot of joy in attending First Presbyterian Church since 1974, along with bible study and square dancing, which is where he met his wife, Doris Webb.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 23 years, Doris Webb; Children, Darlene Hirth (Mike), Robin Consor (Bruce), T. Douglas Webb (Myra), Terri Lacy (Jeff), and Amy Ryals (Tim); Grandchildren, Shane, Chelsea, Ashley, Sean, Travis, Carly, Sam, and Morgan; Great-Grandchildren, Aria, Gwen, Colin, Madison, Colton, and Hudson; Siblings, Dale Phillip Webb (Darla), Shela Ann Webb; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended families and friends.
