Geraldine Roland Moore, 89, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Margaret Arthur will officiate.
Mrs. Moore was born in Danielsville, Georgia the daughter of the late Edith Hutchinson Roland and Worley Echols Roland. She was a retired bookkeeper from Tom’s Foods and Macon Linen Service. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her two grandsons, Jerald Elliott and James Elliott and several brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Moore is survived by her daughter, June Elliott of Macon; grandchildren, John Elliott and Jack Elliott both of Macon; five great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; a number of nieces & nephews.
