Gilbert was born March 15, 1956 in Macon, Georgia to the late Dewey Alfred and Gladys Tharpe Warrick. Gilbert was fond of CB and HAM radio many years ago, going by the handle "PaperBoy". He was always curious and had a deep desire to help others. Gilbert will be missed by his fellow residents of The Dempsey Apartments.
Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Nancy Bennett and her husband James; niece, April Bennett; 2 great nieces, Summer Bennett and Keyana Jarrell; 1 great great nephew, Jayden Bennett.
