Helen Louise Lambert Hartness, 83, passed away May 6, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 10:00 am in the chapel of Snow’s at Macon Memorial Park with Reverend Joe McDaniel officiating. A visitation will be held from 9:00 am until service time. Burial will follow immediately in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Hartness was born on January 17, 1943 to the late Lula Mae Everidge. She was employed at Robins Air Force Base for 37 years. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Travis E. Hunt; son, Keith Hartness; grandchildren, Keith Hartness Jr., Callaway Hartness, Mary Corbitt Hartness; and brother, Bert Quinn. She was a loving mother, wife, aunt, grandmother and sister. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Sidney Hartness; son, David Hartness; and brother, Billy Everidge.
