Macon- Jeanette H. Estes passed away January 22, 2011. Graveside services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday January 26, 2011 n Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Josh Bizzell will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday night at the funeral home.
Mrs. Estes was born in Fitzgerald GA to the late John Harden and Lilly Mae Cook Harden. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Estes and three brothers, Charles, Sidney and Jack Harden. Mrs. Estes was retired from Bibb Manufacturing after 35 years of service. She was a member of First Street United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Sew-n-Sew group, the United Methodist Women, and was the Sunday School Secretary, she then transferred to Ingleside United Methodist Church. The family would like to say thank you to Bolingreen Nursing Home for their care given to Mrs. Estes during her stay.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lynn and Steve Puckett of Macon; grandchild, Carmen Puckett.
