Juanell Glenda Gaultney Estes, 73, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2014. A Celebration of her Life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Doyle Daugherty will officiate. The family will greet friends beginning one hour prior to service time on Saturday.
Mrs. Estes was born in Macon, the daughter of the late Ruth Elizabeth Singleton Gaultney and Walker Fred Gaultney. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Frances K. Estes; sons, Joey Estes, Jr., Ricky Ray Estes, and Tommy Estes; six brothers and one sister. Mrs. Estes was retired from the Trading Post. She devoted her life to her family and can be described as a very caring, loving, mother, grandmother, friend, and neighbor.
Mrs. Estes is survived by her children, Connie Ranow (Junior) of Macon; Teresa Estes, Mark Estes of Macon, Ruth Snelgrove (Jeff); 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Levene Andrews of Macon and Ladeta (Deana) Landers of Virginia; brother, Roy Gaultney of Macon; many nieces and nephews.
