Kitty Joann Little, 61, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, May 12, 2016 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Norm Yukers officiating. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends Saturday night from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home and may be contacted at Debbie Whitby’s residence.
Kitty was born in Troy, Alabama to the late Betty Jo Smith Hadaway. She attended the Georgia Academy for the Blind and was a member of the Chit Chat Club. Kitty was a Christian of the Baptist faith, enjoyed music, and had a deep love for her family.
In addition to her father, Gilbert Irwin Hadaway,those left to cherish her memory include her siblings, Debbie (Donald) Whitby, Tracy (Ronnie) Davis, Mike Dickerson and Alisa (Tim) Pinson; nephews, Eric Gooding, Phillip Whitby and Joe Califf; and niece, Misty Lycett.
