Lawrence Richard Pelt, age 70, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Graveside service will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time at Snow's @ Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Mr. Pelt was born in Macon, Ga., to the late James Roy Pelt, Sr., and late Emma Meadows Pelt. He was retired from the Heating and Air Condition Business. Mr. Pelt was preceded in death by his siblings, Mike Pelt, Jimmy Pelt, Randy Pelt, Danny Pelt, Shirley Kidd, Carolyn Alston, Beverly Crapps, Sandra Brown, Pat Churchwell, Pam Ryals and Brenda Tollison. He was a loving Father, Brother, and Uncle.
Survivors include his son, Louis Pelt (Brittani); grandsons, Trae Pelt, Noah Pelt and Sawyer Sutton; his siblings Janie Pelt, Mark Pelt, Freddie Pelt, Carl Pelt; and several nieces and nephews.
