Mabel Woodrum Watson White, 88, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, April 16, 2016. A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Marty Watson officiating. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends Monday night from 6:00pm until 7:00pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. White was born in Ocilla, Georgia to the late Lonnie and Mary Arnold Woodrum. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William B. Watson, Sr. and William J. White; and daughter, Deborah Anne Dickson. Mrs. White was a homemaker, a former member of Bethesda Baptist Church and a member of Porterfield Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Sheree Poole (Eddie) of Gray, Susan Hampton (Billy) of Morgantown, KY, and William Bruce Watson, Jr. (Dee) of Griffin; grandchildren, Bridgett Casteen (Dot Marie Jones), Corey Evans, DeWayne Hampton (Amanda), Christopher Poole (Jennifer), Jennifer Garrett (Steve) and Lance Watson; and numerous great grandchildren.
