Our family just heard of the homecoming of Mr. Bennett and we would like to express our sorrow in the loss of such a wonderful man.  Our prayer is that God surrounds the family with His love and peace at this most difficult time.  I feel certain that my father was there to greet him...and they are probably still talking about the S & S and the ways of the world.  Find comfort in the many memories you've shared, and   may God's comfort shower you all!

Ralph was an inspirational friend and mentor who demonstrated daily his love for Jesus by serving others and making everyone feel important and valued.  He loved our family and made our transition and stay in Macon a joy for the four years we were there.  We shared life, joys and tears for the Lord's church, and many laughs.  He made us better people and stood tall with integrity, honor, and courage.  He helped us bring in each new year we were there with black eyed peas and turnip greens.  He was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need and provide words of wisdom to those with a few moments to listen.  Our loss is certainly Heaven's gain.  Our prayers remain with Joan and the family.  We remain forever changed because Ralph loved us and we loved him!

There's many people who help me in life , who, help change my direction, showed lots of understanding and love. Ralph Bennett, was one of those people at the top of that list. He was always a humble, loving, kind, person, not counting the wisdom, he showed during our times together. I can't say enough about, such a Great Guy, who now sits with the LORD, except he will be dearly missed. Thanks for the memories.

If there was one person to embody the perfect husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and so much more - that person would be our dear sweet Uncle Ralph. I was blessed to know him as my great uncle, but know of his other qualities and legacy through the entire extended Bennett family. My grandpa, his brother, shared so many stories about him and always had such respect for him. My heart is heavy today for Aunt Joan and the children and grandchildren. I am praying for the everlasting peace to be with them today as they say goodbye to him. We know that this is just temporary until we can all have a great big Bennett family reunion in Glory! Dear Daddy, there are no words that can  describe  how much I miss your presence!! I can only say you did not want to leave as much as I did not want you to!! I tried to pretend that it was ok for you to go. I even said it to you. I knew God was preparing  your place w him and that you would receive a body free of parkindon 's! I knew tthat He was ready for you. I fought w my own selfishness to tell you it was time, God blessed me w such an amazing Gift... YOU!!! God heard the desires of my heart to be w you until the end and he gave me that gift! For that I am eternally grateful!! We cried hard for you but thanked God for the peaceful days you had without pain or suffering! I know Uncle Ralph was this and so much more to all relatives and friends.
May Aunt Joan, Ralph's, Grant's, Debbie's, and Phillip's families all experience the eternal peace Uncle Ralph is living right now. May his legacy to stay close as a family,  continue to live on until we meet with him again.

I loved Ralph so much he always brought me cracklin corn bread to the house. God has a very good helper now.

Mr. Bennett saw something in me and hired me over 20 years ago. He spent time early on in my career talking to me and teaching me about  how to have patience and how the decisions i make effect more than just one person or one thing. He made me think and challenged me to be a better manager and man. For this i will always be grateful. Rest in peace and u will never be forgotten.

To Kathy and Grant and all the Bennett Family...Mr. Ralph Bennett Was such a kind dear man to all who knew him. Joey and I admired him so much for being such a good father, husband, Grandfather and for being such a caring gentleman. We enjoyed being around him and sharing time with him. Not a better friend than RB.  He not only set the example with the way he lived but with great words of wisdom. Ms Joan I want to thank you for sharing Mr. Bennett with me. I have  never known a kinder, gentle, stern GODLY man.  He always knew the right things to say to put a smile on your face. Mr. Ralph Bennett will be greatly missed by many.  I personally will miss my bear hugs I recieved from him time after time.  His persoanlity was full of life! We have been moved from Macon and our church home and family, Northside Christian Church for 10 years now. Ralph was one person who was dearly missed by Mike and I. He was a true man of God and  will be missed by all. My prayers are with his wonderful wife Joan and his family.

Mrs. Bennett and family.  I am so sorry for your loss.  Mr. Bennett was such a special person to so many people.  He was such a good, christian person and he lived that everyday.  As my boss and friend he afforded me the opportunity to raise my son and to be there for all the important times.  He understood how precious family and children were and he thrived on the memories he would share. I am so grateful for the time I had with him and all that he taught me about dealing with others.  So many life lessons learned just sitting and talking with him.  He has been missed at work since he retired but now there is an empty spot that can't be filled.  Knowing he is definitely sitting with God is a peace that I hope you all feel.  We were blessed to be able to know and love him.

My heart goes out to the Bennett family. I knew Ralph Bennett all my life.  He was one of the finest, Christian men I have ever known. He was a great leader and friend to all. I am grateful to him for teaching me how to be a good business man and how to show love and concern to other people as they strive to reach their goals in life. Ralph was like a second father to me and I will miss him.  I know he is having a great time with our Heavenly Father. My heart is aching for the loss of such a great Christian man.  Mr. Bennett was not only my boss, but my friend.  He was a kind, caring, positive, and creative person.  He lived by example.  I watched and admired how he brought out the best in a person and how he made you feel good about yourself.  He always praised you for doing a good job.  He loved his family and absolutely adored his grandchildren. He knew how special my family and grandchildren are to me and we could relate on that. He gave me guidance and words of wisdom.  I am a better person for having had the opportunity to work for him and a privilege to have called him my friend.

Ralph Bennett was a great influence on me and so many other people. I have always looked up to him. He was such a great example of how to be a christian husband, father and friend. I have so many fond memories of him and the Bennett family.

Without a doubt the biggest influence in my life, other than my own Father. He was one of the greatest Christians I ever knew and his love for Christ and his faith went hand and hand with his business life. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Aunt Joan and all of her family. We have lost the best husband, dad, granddaddy, uncle and great uncle imaginable. We are devestated , but we know he's in heaven with his savior and other family. I am so grateful that I had the privilege of working for him for 30 years! Uncle Ralph, how is the reunion? Please tell my dad that we miss him everyday!  You have left behind a legacy of love that is matchless to no other.
