A celebration of Ron’s life will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Snow’s at Macon Memorial Park with the Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating, with friends welcomed beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Born in Macon to Ronald Thomas Greene, Sr. and the late Carol Hedgepath Greene, Ron built his life on the foundation of family, friendship, hard work, and—above all else—love.
He cherished life’s simple joys: casting a line on a quiet fishing trip or heading out on a deep-sea adventure, admiring classic cars, or cheering on his Yellow Jackets at a Georgia Tech football game. His heart was rooted in the communities of Forsyth and Bolingbroke, where he found joy in time spent with family and friends.
Ron dedicated himself to his business, Thomas Balancing Services, Inc., where his pride and passion shone through. For him, it was more than a career—it was work he genuinely loved, enriched by the friendships he made along the way. A respected member of the Georgia Environmental Balancing Bureau, his professionalism and commitment earned him admiration across the industry.
At the center of Ron’s world was his family. His love began with his wife, Kristin, with whom he shared more than twenty years of life and love. Married for fifteen years, they were not only husband and wife but also best friends and true partners in everything. Whether traveling, running errands, or simply enjoying quiet moments at home, Ron was happiest with Kristin by his side. Their marriage was a true example of devotion, strength, and joy.
That love only grew when they became parents. His daughters, Carlie Elaine and Rylee Carolanne, were his greatest treasures, and he poured his heart into being their dad. He delighted in every smile, every moment, and eagerly awaited the arrival of Baby Greene in November.
Those who knew Ron will remember his big heart, his warmth, and his way of making others feel valued—whether through his presence at Mama Megan's Childcare or simply lending a hand. He was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother who lived fully, loved deeply, and left behind a legacy of love and dedication that will endure.
Ron is survived by his wife, Kristin Freeberg Greene of Forsyth; daughters, Carlie Elaine and Rylee Carolanne; Baby Greene, expected in November; father, Ronald Thomas Greene, Sr.; sister, VeRelle “Ricky” Fuller of Macon; and a wide circle of family and friends who will carry his memory forward.
Though his time here was far too short, Ron’s love was boundless, and that love will live on forever in the hearts of those he touched.
