Mrs. Ronelda D. Wilson, 74, died unexpectedly, early Thursday morning, May 23, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 25 at 11 o'clock in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. The Rev. Ted King will officiate. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for an hour prior to the service. The family suggests that those who wish may make memorial contributions to Ebenezer UMC of Forsyth, 1671 Dames Ferry Road, Forsyth, GA 31029.
Mrs. Wilson, widow of the late Grover Wilson, was born in Opp, AL to the late William and Norene Moody Deal. Mrs. Wilson, a homemaker, was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Wilson; son, Michael Wilson; sister, Monett Deal; and brother, Frankie Deal.
Surviving Mrs. Wilson are her daughter, Carol Griffith; step-son, Ray (Roxann) Parker; brother, Tony Deal; sisters, Faye (Verlan) Copeland, Sylvia (Ed) Tibbetts; sister in law, Linda Wilson; grandchildren, Justin Tucker, Andrea Tucker, Caitlan Wilson, Jessica Wilson, Reagan Wilson; several nieces and nephews.
