Scott was a graduate of Mt. de Sales Academy and attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Lynn Hatcher of Macon; siblings, Katherine Smith (Todd) of Macon and Keith Hatcher (Ashley) of Macon; nieces and nephews, Thomas Smith, McKenna Smith, Acey Hatcher, and Allie Kate Hatcher; many beloved cousins.
