Terry Allan Rohn, 78, of Macon, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024. A Celebration of his life will be held Monday, August 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the North Macon Presbyterian Church. Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, he was the son of the late John and Helen Schaffer Rohn. He was preceded in death by a brother, Steven Rohn.
Mr. Rohn was a retired corrugated box salesman with Weyerhaeuser Company and was a member of the North Macon Presbyterian Church.
Terry was always keeping busy. His favorite pastimes were golfing, fishing, hunting, watching the birds and critters, but most especially working in his yard. Terry will always be remembered for bringing smiles and laughter with his larger than life personality. As a devoted brother, husband, Daddy, and Granddaddy, Terry will be deeply missed and cherished. Even in his most exhausted days, he would still say he is ‘livin’ large’.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Donna Spilker Rohn; daughters, Robin Witt (Larry, Jr) and Ronda Butler (Kyle); Grandchildren, Schaffer Witt, Savannah Witt, and Brannon Butler. Siblings, Gene Rohn, Dennis Rohn (Rita), Tom Rohn (Linda), Diana Stemper, and sister in law, Sharon Rohn.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to North Macon Presbyterian Church C/O Missions, 5707 Rivoli Drive, Macon, Georgia 31210.
