Thomas Ross Starnes, 51, passed away on June 10, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services will be private.
Mr. Starnes was born in Silver City, New Mexico to the late Jack Starnes. He proudly served in the United States Navy and the U.S. Army Reserves.
Mr Starnes is survived by his wife: Lori O’Dette Starnes; son: Joshua O’Dette; grandsons: Mikey, Dallas and Riley; mother; Shirley Webert Starnes; mother-in-law: JoAnne Long; sister: Sheryl Mosher; numerous brother-in-laws and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
