Wilma Jean “Gee Gaw” Tatro, 75, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends Tuesday night from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Tatro was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Francis and Dorothy Van Dueson Toth and was preceded in death by her husband, William Ernest “Bee Baw” Tatro; children, Michael and Barbara Ann Tatro; grandson, “Little Phil” Settle and brother, Charles Toth. She was a member of the VFW and enjoyed calling and playing bingo. She loved and was devoted to her family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Lynn Marie Settle and Virginia (Mark) McClain; nine beloved grandchildren, Travis (Kandace) Settle, Aaron (Susie) Settle, Clifton McClain, Barbara (Ryan) Hendrix, Anna’ Michelle (Alexander) Spann, Jeremy (Chelsea) McClain, and Stacey, Misty and William Tatro; numerous great grandchildren whom she adored and siblings, Dorthie Dickie and Frank Toth.
