I will always remember Faye for her generosity, her smile and her laugh. Most of all I will remember what a good friend she was to my Mother.  Words cannot express how much we all loved her and miss her so much. My heart is with all of you and I pray and think of you all often.

We have great and fond memories of James and Faye while we lived in Macon, GA.  Her laugh was so infectious and joyful!  We were always apologizing to her for taking James away from her for long periods of time as we all labored over the new church building project.  She was such a jokester and found humor in so many things.  She was also so thoughtful as she wrote letters to us after we moved from Georgia to Illinois to encourage us and keep us informed of our common interest in our loving church family we were so hesitant to leave behind.  We were honored to have known her, loved her and look forward to seeing her and hearing that laugh again. 

Faye was truly a " Christian" wife, mother, and friend in every  sense of the Word. I know the  angels rejoiced when she entered heaven's gate. Her caring / wonderful family and myriad of friends will miss her presence on this earth. We shall meet again in Heaven.

My heart broke when I got the news. She was very special to me ! She was always laughing and being silly! I have many fond memories of us joking around over the years! You will be missed! I love you! (My favorite Wonder Woman!!)😘

Psalms 68:6 - God sets them lonely on families, he leads out the prisoners with singing. 

There are so many memories we could share but space doesn't allow.  Most of them involve smiles and laughter very few involve tears and sorrow.  Finding a card in the mailbox from Faye was such a boost.  She radiated love.  She loved everyone she met and she showed God’s love.  Our hearts go out to James, their children, grandchildren,  & great grandchildren.  We wish we could be there to support them but our thoughts, prayers and love are with you all.

Faye truly was God’s love in action.  There is a moment I have never forgotten involving Faye.  Salaries were not great at MGCS, and I was truly concerned one time about putting gas in my vehicle.  For a couple of days, I stayed after school working with Shaun on writing.  After he left tutoring, I found an envelope with a note and cash from Faye.  Proof for me God works through people, and Faye showed His love all the time.  My heart goes out to the family!  She is resting easy in the arms of Jesus.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-six years, James Wilson of Gray, children; Paul Wilson of Gray, Theresa Diane (BT) Taylor of Gray, Sherry Elaine Fontenot of Gray, Debbie Ann Upshaw of Gray, Anthony Luke (Nancy) Wilson of Gray, Benjamin Shaun (Sherese) Wilson of Macon, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, sister; Francine Moxley of Macon, and several nieces and nephews.
